The data contained in this gazetteer is the result of 1380 site visits by Tim Hills, with additional contributions from Andy McGeeney, Paul Greenwood and Toby Hindson and information provided by many people too numerous to mention here.
Our work has been entirely self-funded but thanks to a contribution from the Conservation Foundation it can now reach a wider audience in this format.
Brief details from more than 1300 sites are available and include 640 location photographs. There are also 1500 images of trees – with more to follow.
