Notes:2009 Peter Norton: Of the two yews in this churchyard, the most interesting is known locally as the ‘Bleeding Yew’, with copious secretions of sap from its trunk. It grows SW of the church. Girth was 13′ 2” (401cm) at 1′ and 15′ 1” (460cm) at 3′. The younger yew, male, grows at the rear of the church. Girths were recorded of 10′ 9” (328cm) at 1′, 10′ 8” (325cm) at 3′ and 11′ 0” (335cm) at 4′ 6”.
