Notes:The yew tree has eight stems coming from the main trunk. The natural shape of the tree provides a visible crevasse where the rain water runs from it. At first glance it looks as though the tree has fire damage but it is staining from the constant water run off. The branches are very characteristic and have twisted effects in them. The tree seems in good health with no visible damage. There has been some obvious management to the tree in the past and you can see where several branches have been removed.
