There are several yew trees in the grounds of Edenthorpe Hall Primary School, two of which are listed here. Both are located near the southern boundary of the school, close to the playground. One has a trunk girth of 3.85 metres, a branch spread of 11 metres and a height of approximately 8 metres. It is in a poor condition with sparse foliage. The ground beneath the tree is heavily compacted and many roots are exposed. The second tree is a healthy specimen despite some ground compaction. It has a trunk girth of 3.01 metres at 1 metre from ground level. It then forms three main trunks at 1.2 metres. It has a branch spread of 12 metres and a height of 8.5 metres.
