Notes:

This solid looking female yew, growing on a mound, is a formidable churchyard presence. On the side facing the church is a dead branch which can be followed to the ground and indicates where hollowing will begin. The tree has many thick branches from a height of 10′ and upwards.
Girths recorded were 19′ 1” (582cm) at 1′ and 19′ 3” (587cm) at 3′, keeping the tape at those heights above the sloping ground.
