Latest information: August 2018 Paul Wood: I found the tiny churchyard overflowing with grave monuments. There was no path to the bole of the squat, dome shaped yew. Its very green and healthy looking canopy comes down to the ground for the tree's complete circumference. It was no longer possible to access the tree's inner workings. 4/06/08 - Russell Cleaver - Measured at ground level as 24' 7'' (7.49m). A dense, low domed tree with a reduced crown. A cramped site, the yew looks hemmed in by tombstones.
