Notes: An unvisited site. The first church of St Peter was built around 1500, but a 24' girthed yew recorded 200 years ago suggests that this has been a site of religious activity for 1000 years or more. The present church was built in 1845 to replace the old parish church which was severely damaged by fire in 1844.
