Notes: In Arcisse de Caumont's 1862 Statistique monumental du Calvados, vol 4, on p269 he writes that there are two beautiful yews in the cemetery, one south of the nave, the other south of the choir. The church is situated less than 1 km from the old castle of William The Conqueror in Bonneville-sur-Touques. Two yews formed a line parallel with the church on the south side. The second tree, now lost, was of a similar size to the one recorded here.
