Notes: Paul Wood - This site, which can be accessed by public footpath, is an unaltered Grandmontane Priory laid out in its original plan with no additions. The yews found here grew on top of the ruins. One is seen on a section of the ruined wall and another lies on the ground. All that remains of a third are sections of its bole, though a photograph from the 1920s shows its original position, growing on top of the ruins with its roots severed by the archaeologists.
