Notes: The Church of St Mary the Virgin, Park Street, Devizes, dates from the Norman times and is grade 1 listed. It is considered to be one of the most important buildings in the town, with the church tower a particular landmark. Future use of the building has been discussed, and a meeting in February 2018 'resulted in confirmation that the concept of church and multi-use community space was most likely to be viable'. Two yews grow either side of the path at the churchyard entrance. They are seen here in 2012, 2014, 2018 and 2023.
