Notes: Ellon Castle Gardens are found in the centre of Ellon. The collection of old yew trees grow in a terraced garden sheltered by high walls. Until recently they have been privately owned and rarely open to the public. A charity which now oversees the management of the gardens intend to restore them to the benefit of the community. Nineteen yews are shown on the 2016 plan.
