Notes: An SSSI site, described as follows: 'The bulk of this site lies on a steep slope above the River Thames. Recent storms and landslips have resulted in a diverse age-structure for the yew population'. Only one large girthed yew was recorded. This site is more exceptional for the variety of forms of yew regeneration, particularly root and branch layering, seen in these examples.
