Notes: A deer park at Langley Marish was first mentioned in 1202 and continued in use through the middle ages. It was landscaped in 1758 and sold to Buckinghamshire County Council in 1945. The site can be visited from 8.15 until dusk. There is a paying car park in Billet Lane. The site boasts a split ancient yew with successful layering as well as some intriguing notable yews. There are also younger yews which possibly date from the time the park was landscaped.
