Notes: A site of early medieval origin. According to Cornish (1946) there 'used to be a big yew on the south side of the church'. Young yews in this churchyard are as follows: (1) right of lych gate on boundary bank (2) in graveyard extension east of the church (3) on a mound south of the church (4) south east of church. Is it possible that any of these might have replaced the lost yew?
