Notes: An Inventory of the Historical Monuments in Herefordshire, Volume 3, North West, originally published by HMSO, London, 1934: "On Rushock Hill it (the Dyke) forms the boundary between Knill and Kington Rural, passing entirely into Kington Rural at the yew trees called the Three Shepherds. Two of these have survived.
