Notes:

May 2012 – Lin Carter: It has a single (not original) bole, short and soon splitting into 2 major trunks, with further division and complex branching above.
May 2012 – Tim Hills: The larger trunk had a girth of 14′ 1” (429cm) close to the ground, the smaller 10′ 4”. The yew has been allowed to become overwhelmed by ivy which grows high into its branches. Girth around both trunks was 20′ 9” (633cm) at the ground. A storage shed had been built near to the tree and the ground was strewn with tombstones and rubble.
March 2017 – Peter Norton: Girth of 20′ 9”(633cm) near to the ground.
