Notes:August 2000 -Tim Hills: A fine fluted bole growing into parallel rising branches. Branches dip to about 6′ – leaving an unusually spacious feel beneath the tree.
July 2018 – Tim Hills: I was told that the local authority are in charge of the yew, and they decided that removing all but three of its branches was essential to keep the tree safe. These grow at a height of about 3 m. Girths recorded were 4.82 m at 30 cm, 4.89 m at 1m.
