Notes:March 2010 – Tim Hills: A fine horse shoe shaped hollow yew with internal stem. At about 8′ two major branches develop. Much ivy was taking hold and removal was suggested.
2015 – Peter Norton: Ivy has been cleared allowing access to the tree. I measured at 1′ from the ground, and including a small piece of remnant trunk recorded a girth of 13′ 5″ (409cm).
