Notes:The first two photos show a yew with a girth of 15′ 2” (462cm) at the base, the next two a yew with a girth of 14′ 5” (439cm) at the base. These 2 larger yews grow on the edge of the wood. The rest appear to have colonised an area of steep downland below them.
