April 2015 Tim Hills/Paul Wood: The yew appears solid, but removing some of the ivy shows that it is beginning to hollow. Eventually it is likely to develop the classic horse shoe hollow shape. Girth of 13′ 4” (406cm) was recorded 1′ above the higher ground with a horizontal tape.
