Notes:In the Royal Commission on the Ancient and Historical Monuments and Constructions in Wales and Monmouthshire of 1911 is the following: ‘Of this little chapel, formerly served from Old Radnor church, there now remain only the external walls and two oak cross-beams. A fine yew tree flourishes at the east end of the chapel’.
