Notes:1998 and 2011 – Tim Hills: Tree 3 on the plan is short and stocky. Low growth ruled out measurement, though in 2011 girth was estimated in the range 12’/13′. Inner heartwood was exposed and the tree is becoming hollow.
2016 – Paul Wood: The tree was completely hidden and inaccessible behind thick low growth. It had a short squat appearance.
With a girth of under 4m the tree is presently classified as notable. Because it displays veteran characteristics it will in the future be classified as V-con (veteran on account of its condition).
