Notes:September 2004: A hollowed out tree with strikingly coloured bark. When it lost its crown it was severely cut back, on one side at about 10′, the other at about 14′. It appears to be making a good recovery.
2009 : The recent photo of the yew compared to that taken about 15 years ago shows the tree’s resilience.
