Notes:

January 1998 – Tim Hills: A cavernous hollow closes over at a height of 15’/18′. The yew has a clean bole to a greater height than is usual. In the last photograph I was inside the tree with the camera pointing upwards at an internal stem of about 4′ in girth which descends from about 10’/15′ up in the tree and merges with the outer wall of the bole. Girth recorded was 20′ 11″ (638cm) at 3′ and 20′ 3” (617cm) at 5′.
