May 1999 – Tim Hills: Hollows forming with internal growth. Heavy limbs may eventually cause the bole to split. Girth 16′ 10” (513cm) at the ground.
January 2003 – Russell Cleaver: An untidy, badly pruned tree on a forlorn site. 17′ 5” (5.31m at base; over 20′ at chest height).
January 2012 – Peter Norton: Tree grows south of the porch. A large cavity on the north side offers a fine view of internal roots. Some white wood higher in the canopy is also evident. Measuring close to the ground 17′ 5” (531cm) and 18′ 0” (549cm) at 1′, other measurements would be exaggerated by branch growth.
