29/05/08 Edwin Pretty: The tree is a female and grows to the east of the church. At the narrowest point just above ground level, the trunk measures 11′ 3”. Although a large part of the bole has rotted away, it could be measured with reasonable accuracy because of traces where the missing wood had been at ground level.
