Notes:A large removed branch on the east side reveals some internal growth, as does an opening on the opposite side. Here can be seen internal stems and much red heartwood. Looking upwards are hollowing branches. This is a characterful tree with some very thick fluting, a fine expansive shape and thick green foliage throughout. Girth of 6.15m was recorded at 20cm, the only measurable height available. The last photo shows a thick ivy stem that has been cut through.
