Lingmoor Fell - Little Langdale

On crag at 280m on Lingmoor Fell. The yew is only accessible by scrambling on loose, steep crags, especially from below. A multi-stemmed tree emerging from and fused to a crag. Often difficult to distinguish between tree and rock! Extensive dead wood in the crown. Partially entwined with holly. This yew is a substantial size for an upland tree.
