Yews recorded: Notable

Tree girth: No data

Girth height: not measured

Tree sex: unspecified

Date of visit: 26-Oct-13

Source of earliest mention: 1996: Clwyd Powys Archaeological Trust

Notes:

October 2013 – Tim Hills: A once very large tree, all that remains today is a fallen fragment that has developed into a healthy tree. A small piece of stump hints at the former extent of this tree.
April 2016 – Paul Wood: The remnant of this once larger girthed bole was still visible. However if soil continues to be placed under the tree it will probably bury these remains sooner rather than later. Ivy was starting to be seen tangled up in all parts of the tree. I was also aware that some of the foliage was beginning to appear red in colour, as seen at nearby Maesmynis.
