Tree 3 on the plan. A male measuring only 11′ 0” at the ground, bulging outwards to 14′ 8” (447cm) at 3′ in 2000. Above 8′ the tree breaks into ten or more branches, all growing vertically.
In 1983 Reg Wheeler measured the yew above the swelling at a height of 125cm (49”) and recorded 435cm (14′ 3”).
