Notes:January 1987 – J.Daryll Evans: In The Churchyard yews of Gwent, Evans reports 8 yews in the churchyard, the largest being by the lychgate and having a girth of 393cm at 1m (about 12′ 11”).
October 2021 – Tim Hills: A female yew, south of the church, with a girth of 450cm (14′ 9”) at 1m. An additional girth was 13′ 10” (422cm) at 1′. Branches by the road have had to be removed, also several from the side facing the church.
