Notes:

A line of yews is considered to be older than a 1609 cut of river that runs through the gardens. Of particular note is a 109 year old wisteria that ‘cascades through an ancient yew tree’. To date only this specimen has been reported, but photos on the Myddelton Gardens website show there are more.
