Notes:

October 2016 – Tim Hills: The large female yew grows about 10m from the east end of the church and about 5m from a stream. Beneath the tree is a broken tomb, while a headstone of somebody who died in 1856 is found a few feet away. The tree has numerous upward rising stems, some of which have become most prominent and merged with those nearby. There is much rising twiggy growth low down, some of which has thickened and appears as new stems plastered onto the side of the trunk. There is a small platform at a height of about 8′. Girth was exactly 15′ (457cm) at about 1′, the narrowest part of the tree.
