Notes:

November 2016 – Tim Hills: A large female yew. On its south side is a considerable internal stem with a girth of 4′ 4½” at the height marked in photo 3. There are in addition many smaller internal stems. The tree leans slightly towards the church, but is a strong and sturdy looking specimen with many branches. Girth was 14′ 5” (439cm) at about 1′ (above root spread). It was also 12′ 4” (376cm) at 3′ – above ground on the west side – with a horizontal tape.
May 2021 -Brynley Andrews: Girth – 367cm @ 1m height. Located 15m south of SE corner of church. Good crown form and balance and foliage density. Has a trunk cavity open on one side 30 percent decay. Tomb dated 1605 close to stem.
