Tree 2316 on the Ancient Tree Inventory, measured in 2007 with a girth of 395cm (12′ 11”) at 150cm. Coulsdon was described by Gwyneth Fookes 1994 in her article ‘Churchyard yews in the Bourne area’. She recorded two yews, one 11′ at 1′ west of the church, the other 8′ 6” at 4′ SW of the church. It is puzzling that this larger yew on the east side was not recorded.
