Notes:The circumference measures 12′ 6″ (381cm) at 4′ from the base. About 20 years ago the top was cropped, which slightly altered its appearance. The planting of the tree might well fit in with the time the house was bricked over, possibly as a celebration for the work done. It is also to the west of the house, providing some protection on a windy hill top.
