Notes:

August 2005 – Russell Cleaver: Five leaders from a short, hollow ivy clad stem. One leader is dead but the tree looks healthy enough. Concrete fills part of its central cavity.
2010 – Peter Norton: Ten young yews grow along the south and east perimeter while the large female yew grows ENE of the porch – Google Loc 51.007755,-1.267411. Girths recorded were 17′ 6” (533cm) at 1′ and 17′ 8” (538cm) at 2′. There are two very healthy stems growing at the centre of this hollowed tree, which the concrete infill has not killed.
2015 – Tim Hills: Girth of 17′ 5½” (532cm) at 1′ and 17′ 6” (533cm) at 2′.
