February 2003 – Tim Hills: Tree 3 on the plan, middle of the trio inside the churchyard. A girth of 13′ 10” (422cm) at 3′ was recorded.
September 2015 – Paul Wood: A sturdy uniform looking tree with a bole rising about 7′ before many branches explode in all directions. No hollowing noted. Some patches of twiggy growth were developing. It was measured at 2′ on the church side of the tree which was 2′ 6” up on the opposite side. A girth of 14′ 3” (434cm) was recorded.
