Notes:

September 1998 – Tim Hills: Tall, with a fine clean bole. Girths recorded: 28′ 2″ (859cm) at the ground, 25′ 6″ (777cm) at 3′ and 26′ (792cm) at 5′.
1999 – Russell Cleaver: Isolated site. Much rot, part of one side missing, large tree, 3 leaders, 2 fused. SW of church. 25′ 10” (7.87 at 1.1m).
2011 – Peter Norton: Girth of 25′ 5” (775cm) at 2′ 6”. Five embedded nails were used as a guide and although the individual heights vary, they do obtain the lowest reading. Evidence of small internal roots and much decaying white wood.
