Notes:The yew, with a bole height of about 8′, grows in the hotel grounds. It is tree number 829 on the Tree Register of Ireland’s website. In 2010 they recorded a girth of 4.39 (14′ 5”) at 1m on a 6m bole. It has been described as ‘possibly the oldest tree in Cork city’.
