Notes:

September 1998 – Tim Hills: A complex combination of large hollow spaces and enormous leaning limbs, one too heavy even for its supporting prop has become impaled on the protective railings.
June 1999 – Russell Cleaver: A huge 36′ 3” (11.04m) tree. Multi-stemmed, behind railings. Vast, but not as old as it measures?
August 2006 – John Bushby greeted 38 members of Eibenfreunde (Friends of the Yew) visiting as part of their 10 day field trip to study the finest yew sites in Southern England.
