Paul Wood – 2016: The yew grows 10m east of the east end of the church. It is a very red, short boled tree that has been the victim of a major cut back at some time in its past. No major leader branches and much twiggy growth hides a bole of about 2′. Measured at the ground a girth of 12′ 4” (376cm) was recorded. It is seen on the right in the photograph.
