Notes:All that remains of this once veteran tree is this fragment, now almost concealed by roses and other climbing plants, SW of the church. It was possible to find what was an internal stem of 4′ girth close to the edge of the fragment. Girth was about 16′, but using Hindson’s ‘Girth Loss Reckoner’, this tree would have once been at least 20′.
