Notes:The largest yew here grows on the slope just away from the footpath but not hidden. It has a swollen base, and girths of 16′ 2” (493cm) above the roots, 16′ 4” (498cm) at 2′ and 13′ 5” (409cm) at 3′ were recorded. It is found at Google 50.976264,-2.012703.
Several smaller girthed yews (at Google 50.970664,-2.009463) are seen in the last two photos. The largest of these, in the final photo, girths 12′ 7” (384cm) at 1′.
