Notes:

July 2002 Tim Hills: A hollow tree with a girth of 13′ 5” (409cm) at 2′ and internal growth amongst the decaying heartwood. Ivy laden. Tree 7 on the plan, it grows south of the church.
In 2011 a girth of 13′ 7” (414cm) at 2′ was recorded over a layer of ivy.
2016 Paul Wood: The tree had a sparse covering of ivy, though this was thicker on the ground. Measured as before at 2′ we recorded an identical girth of 13′ 7” (414cm) over a small amount of ivy. This was undoubtedly the most approachable of Talachddu’s many yews.
