Notes:October 2004 – Tim Hills: In the 1940s Mee noted that a ‘great yew with a hollow split trunk shades the path to the church’. This has been removed. Percy Morgan noted in the 1990s ‘East of the church is a stump which may be the remains of an old yew with a girth of 15 feet’.
