Notes:The female yew has been regularly trimmed, given the proximity of the farm and its stock. The yew was measured at its narrowest point, at ground level, and a girth of 18′ 1” (551cm) was recorded. Some hollowing appears to be taking place, including in one of the main leader branches – which appeared to be dying.
