April 2002 Tim Hills: The tree dominates as the church is approached. The bole splits into 2 parallel trunks at about 10′. The tree bulges at both 1′ and 5′. Beneath the bulge at a height of about 4′ a girth of 12′ 9” (389cm) was recorded.
2008 – Ancient Tree Hunt recorded a girth of 12′ 3” (373cm) at 3′. ATH number 6720.
