Notes: In 1862 there were reported to be 33 yews here forming a double line surrounding the church. We counted 23, so many have been lost since that time. An early medieval origin is thought likely for this churchyard (CPAT). Garthbrengy's smaller girthed yews are recorded here. The church is now closed and the roof already beginning to look the worse for wear. The site could soon become overgrown.
