Notes: An extraordinary church, whose interior and exterior are little altered since the time of construction between 1130 and 1145. Adjacent to the site is a motte and bailey. Attempts have been made to conceal the boles of some of the yews behind a circular hedge made from trimming their low growth. This makes some trees look larger girthed than they are.
